In August 2019, we (Theresa and Sydney) opened the doors to Syd & Sadie's Boutique in downtown Gibson City, IL.

For years, we talked about it what it would be like to bring an elevated boutique shopping experience to our community and how much fun it would be to work alongside each other! We have always wanted to create a space where women felt genuinely cared for, not just sold to.

Our goal is to bring the kind of quality clothing and well-known brands we love to our own community, without the overwhelm of big-box department stores or having to make the drive to the city to shop.

Syd & Sadie's is a gathering place for women to find pieces they'll still be reaching for years from now. Where getting dressed becomes a joy instead of a chore. Where you're greeted by name, and your personal style actually matters!

The name? Well, that has its own story. Sydney is Theresa's daughter, and as fate would have it, Sydney welcomed her own daughter, Sadie, into the world not long after the boutique opened.

The boutique now carries not just our names, but the values we share: quality over trends, kindness, and a genuine commitment to making every woman who walks through the door feel like the best version of herself.
